团体赛设社会公开组、高校机关团体赛（甲乙组）和EMBA团体赛（甲乙组），甲组3个双打（8.5+双、7.5混双、7.5双），乙组3个双打（7.0双、6.0混双、 5.5混双），每个团体最多10人，不能兼项。

Participation Commitment Letter

2024 Beijing Shunyi District Wenyu River Tennis Invitational Tournament

根据《中华人民共和国民法典》和《体育赛事活动管理办法》等相关法律法规，本人自愿报名参加2024 年北京市顺义区温榆河网球邀请赛（以下简称：“赛事”或“比赛”）。为严肃赛风赛纪，维护正常、有序的赛场秩序，保障比赛期间参赛运动员的人身安全，营造良好、和谐的比赛环境，保证比赛圆满成功，本人承诺遵守相关法律法规规定；遵守体育道德；遵守竞赛规则、规程、赛场行为规范和组委会的相关规定；遵守社会公德，不损坏体育设施，不破坏自然环境和卫生，不影响和妨碍公共安全，不在体育赛事活动中违反社会公序良俗，特签订本参赛承诺书。

In accordance with The Civil Code of The People’s Republic of China and The Management Measures for Sports Event Activities, I voluntarily register for the 2024 Beijing Shunyi District Wenyu River Tennis Invitational Tournament (hereinafter referred to as the “Tournament” or “Competition”). To uphold the integrity and discipline of the competition, maintain a normal and orderly competition order, ensure the safety of the athletes during the competition, create an amicable competition environment, and ensure the success of the competition, I promise to comply with all relevant laws and regulations; adhere to sports ethnics; follow the competition rules, procedures, regulations and relevant provisions of the organizing committee; and observe social morality. I will not damage sports facilities, ruin the natural environment, affect or hinder public safety, or offend public order and good morals in the competition. I hereby sign the Participation Commitment Letter.

一、本人服从赛事工作安排，全面理解并同意遵守赛事组委会、主办单位和承办单位等所制定的各项规程、规则、规定、要求，以及采取的各项措施。

I I will comply with the competition arrangement, fully understand and agree to follow all procedures, rules, regulations, requirements and measures adopted by the competition organizing committee, the host organization and the organizer.

二、本人明确了解参加赛事可能发生的一切风险，并承担本人参加赛事可能存在的风险和责任。保证本人均已通过正规医疗机构进行身体检查，脑电图、心电图、血压和脉搏指标等正常，确保本人的身体和精神状况均符合参加赛事的条件，无不适宜参赛的身体疾病。如因本人存在隐瞒不报等相关问题，本人若在赛事中出现任何伤害事故，由本人负责，赛事组委会无需承担任何形式的责任。

II I clearly understand all risks associated with participating in the competition, and I am fully responsible for all potential risks and liabilities that may arise from my competition. I promise that I have undergone a physical examination at a regulated medical institution. My EEG, ECG, blood pressure and pulse indicators are all normal. I ensure that my physical and mental condition meets the requirements for participating in the competition, and I do not have any physical diseases that would prevent me from participating. I am fully responsible for disclosing relevant issues and any injury or accident that may occur during the competition. The competition organizing committee is completely free from any liability in any form.

三、本人承诺严格遵守比赛会场相关规定，在北京顺义国际学校网球馆期间：禁止在校园内拍照（网球场地内除外）；禁止在场地内饮食，饮食需在前台休息区；禁止吸烟，校内严禁吸烟，包括校园内户外地区；校内洗手间使用注意事项，成人用成人专用，青少年用青少年专用；参赛选手只能在网球馆一楼活动，禁止去校园内的其他区域。

III I promise to strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the competition venue. During my stay at ISB tennis dome, I shall adhere to the following rules: no take photos in the campus (except within the venue); not drink or eat in the venue-instead, I will drink or eat in the front lounge; not smoke-smoking is prohibited in the campus, including outdoor spaces; follow restroom policies-using adult and teenager designated restrooms appropriately; use the first floor of the tennis dome for all activities related to the competition, and refrain from going to any other areas of the campus.

四、保证本人在比赛过程中遵守赛风赛纪等规定，遵守裁判、医疗人员和安保人员的要求，不辱骂裁判、对手及工作人员，不打架斗殴，如有违反，将接受赛事组委会处罚，并承担因此产生的所有法律责任和后果，若赛事组委会、主办单位和承办单位等因此遭受任何损失，本人将承担赔偿责任。

IV I promise to comply with all competition rules and regulations, to follow the requirements set by referees, medical personnel and security guards, and to refrain from insulting referees, opponents or staff, or engaging in fights. I will accept any punishment imposed by the competition organizing committee for any violations, and I am fully responsible for all the legal liabilities and consequences arising from such violations. If there is any loss incurred by the competition organizing committee, the host organization or the organizer, I will be responsible for the compensation.

五、保证本人在比赛过程中，如因身体不适或发生突发状况，主动退出比赛。因本人坚持比赛所产生的全部责任及后果均由本人承担。

V I promise that I will voluntarily withdraw from the competition in the event of physical discomfort or any emergency during the competition. I will take full responsibility for the consequences if I insist on continuing the competition.

六、保证本人在比赛期间发生受伤或突发疾病等情况时接受赛事主、承办单位在赛事期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗，但在医院救治期间发生的相关费用均由本人自行承担。

VI I promise to receive on-the-spot first-aid medical treatment provided by the host organization and organizer in the event of injury or sudden illness during the competition. However, I will be responsible for all relevant costs incurred for hospital rescue treatment.

七、保证本人在比赛期间注意食品安全问题，如因在外用餐引起安全问题，由本人承担责任，赛事组委会及其关联方不承担任何责任；

VII I promise to pay attention to food safety during the competition. I will be responsible for any safety issues caused by eating out. The competition organizing committee and its related parties are not responsible for any liabilities.

八、本人保证未成年运动员的监护人知晓并同意该运动员参加本赛事。本

人（如未满 18 周岁，包括其监护人）授权赛事组委会及其指定媒体无偿使用运动员的集体肖像（三人或三人以上）、姓名、声音和其他个人资料用于比赛的组织、宣传和推广。

VIII I promise that the guardian for the minor athlete is aware and agree with the minor athlete’s participation in the competition. I (if under 18 years of age, including the guardian) authorize the competition organizing committee and its designated media to use, without compensation, the collective image (of 3 people or more) of athletes, names, voices and other personal data for the purposes of competition organization, marketing and promotion.

九、本人确认并同意，如本人违反上述任何一项承诺，本人将承担因此产生的所有法律责任和后果，如因此导致赛事组委会及其关联方、赛事主办单位、承办单位等遭受任何损失，本人将承担全额赔偿责任。

XI I confirm and agree that if I violate any of above promises, I will bear all legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom. I will assume full compensation liability in the event of causing any loss to the competition organizing committee and its related parties, host organization or organizer.

本人已认真阅读并全面理解本《承诺书》内容，且自愿签署。
